1) Users are required to understand the return and refund policy. If you do not agree to the terms contained return and refund policy, you should not accept terms of use, and may leave and stop using platforms.


2) Terms of return and refund are applicable only that products where return and refund policy are available. If there any problems such as size, color, defect and deficiencies in the product, he/she may initiate a request within 4-5 days for returning the products on the platform. We have only exchange and replacement policy, we do not have any refund policy. If delivery charge is mentioned excluding price of product, then delivery charge will not be compensated for further exchange and replacement of any product.


3) Return of or refund for purchased shall not be entertained by RAINBOW STYLE if:

·        The product has been washed

·        The price tags, brand tags, box, original packaging material, and accompanying accessories have been damaged or discarded by the User.

·        The serial number/IMEI number/bar code of the Product, as applicable, does not match RAINBOW’s records.

·         There are any dents, scratches, tears or any other damage to the Products or any part thereof.

·        The gifts accompanying the purchased Product have not been returned, or upon being returned, show signs of being used, washed, or defect.

·        RAINBOW is satisfied that the Product has been rendered defective or unusable.

 3) RAINBOW shall not accept return or refund requests raised for any of the following Products:

 
Lingerie, inner wear, and swimwear
Cosmetics
Deodorants and perfumes
Fashion jewelry
Socks and stockings
Gift vouchers issued by RAINBOW, if any; and
Such other Products as may be specified by RAINBOW from time to time.
